Arrival Procedure
You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation to the car park. If your confirmation has a barcode on, just scan the barcode at the entry barrier. If it doesn`t, just put the debit or credit card you booked with into the slot. The barrier will lift. If it doesn`t, or you haven`t got your card, press the buzzer so you can speak to a member of staff. What you mustn`t do is take a ticket or use a different card, as the machine may then try to charge you again when you leave. The last four digits of the card you booked with will be on your confirmation.
Departure Procedure
As before, just scan the barcode on your booking confirmation or put the debit or credit card you booked with into the slot on the exit barrier. If you did take a ticket when you came in, or you don`t have the card you booked with, you should press the buzzer to speak to a member of staff. You`ll need to have your booking confirmation to hand. Don`t put a different card from the one you booked with into the slot.
Security
The car park is fully secured and is regularly patrolled by security staff. It has security fencing and good floodlighting. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures, such as alarms and CCTV, and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.
Insurance
Parking is at the vehicle owner`s own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions.
Notes
Arrivals and departures before or after booked days will incur an additional charge as per standard Long Stay tariffs.
