I travel between Manchester and Dublin every week and have done so since January 06. Initially the service from APH was excellent with never more than a 10 minute wait on departure or for collection. Lately however I have noticed a deterioration in service capped off by last thursday (14/9/06)when the operator advised me the bus collecting me would be 10 minutes only for it to arrive 25 minutes later - far from satisfactory and the roads were clear. Has anybody else noticed a similar deterioration? I think APH may have changed hands and the new owners are "cutting costs". Rating currently avaerage but moving towards poor. Steve Tighe"
