Arrival Procedure

You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you to the car park. The car park has automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), so you give us your car registration number when you book. When you get to the car park, the barrier will lift automatically when it recognises your number plate. Take the ticket it gives you, then just drive in and park. If the barrier doesn`t lift, scan the barcode on your booking confirmation at the barrier. If there`s no barcode, press the help button.

Departure Procedure

Just drive to the exit barrier. If it doesn`t lift automatically, scan the barcode on your booking confirmation or press the help button.

Security

The car park is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Insurance

Parking is at the vehicle owner`s own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions.

Notes

This booking is for Jet Parks 1 and 2 only, not Jet Parks 3, which is a different car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate.
