Terminal 1
Arrivals you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change (x2), cash machines, fast food outlet and a cafe, information desk, lost luggage, lost property, meeting point, designated smoking areas, post office, luggage trolleys, toilets (including disabled), pay phones, access to the rail network, car hire, access to bus routes.
Departures you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change (x2), cash machines, internet access, several shops/bars/restaurants, designated smoking areas, toilets (including disabled), a post office, children's play area in the departure lounge, information desk, and pay phones. All eateries are now located on the Mezzanine level which provides excellent views of the airport.
Air-side you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change (x1), information desk, post office, designated smoking areas, toilets (including disabled), a good range of shops with some high street names and pay phones.
Terminal 2
Arrivals you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change, pay phones, designated smoking areas, luggage trolleys, information desk, cash machines, car hire, taxi services, toilets (including disabled), lost property, hotel reservations, access to train services.
Departures you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change (x2), video games arcade, toilets (including disabled), pay phones, internet access, cash machines, catering area and bar, designated smoking areas, luggage trolleys.
Air-side you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change, information desk, catering area, toilets (including disabled), designated smoking areas, pay phones, post office, a small selection of shops.
Terminal 3
Arrivals you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change, amusement arcade, lost property, taxi services, shopping area, left luggage facility, car hire.
Departures you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change, French cafe, left luggage facility, lost property, amusement arcade, car hire, taxi services, small shopping area
Air-side you will find the following facilities:
Bureaux de change, small selection of cafes and bars, shopping area with some high street names.
Additional Features In All Terminals
Internet Access: Passengers can also gain remote access to the Internet via their laptop or PDA from cafes and seating areas across all three terminals. The service, provided by T-Mobile, enables passengers to access their e-mails and surf the internet at broadband speeds, wirelessly.
Business Travellers: Manchester International airport offers business travellers, The Fastlane facility, exclusive to first and business class travellers. This facility provides an exclusive and rapid channel with dedicated security clearance for the quickest routing through to departures and business lounges.

Families: There are a variety of facilities at all terminals to accommodate the needs of families travelling through the airport, including baby changing facilities and art desks located at many eating areas.
First Aid - Manchester Airport has an NHS walk-in centre located between the walkway that connects terminal 1 and 3, providing free advice and first aid.
Disabled Facilities
Manchester Airport has many facilities in place to assist disabled passengers such as:- A mini-com system is available at the information desk
- Hearing aids with a T position can make use of the induction loops indicated by the signage for public announcements
- Designated disabled parking facilities next to lifts are available in all three terminals
- Enhanced signage to assist deaf or hard of hearing passengers
- A cross section of staff have skills in sign language
- Ramps and lifts throughout the airport are installed, all lifts have voice announcements and tactile buttons
- Wheelchair accessible telephones
- Specifically designed disabled toilets
