The car park was easy to find but their policy of sending you to one car park to collect your ticket and then back to another car park to actually park your car is extremely frustrating and time-wasting. Further, on return from holiday, we, and a dozen other couples, were left standing in the freezing cold for well over half an hour waiting for a bus to return us to the car park, even though I had called them as we left the baggage reclaim to ensure the bus would be there for us - and was assured on the phone that the bus would meet us at the transport terminal and would be waiting there for us.

efficent and friendly staff, very easy to find so close to terminals only had to wait 10 minutes for courtesy bus on return even though our flight was late WILL DEFINATELY USE q-park flyaway again in fact will be booking summer holiday parking within days
