Information

Arrival Procedure

Pull forward into one of the arrivals lanes and note your lane number. Remove all of your belongings and luggage from the car and report to reception. Present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference number and then hand in your car key to be tagged. You will then need to place your tagged key into the red key box and proceed to the bus stop. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any damage.

You are delivered direct to Terminal 3 or to the terminal interchange, from where the covered skyways give access to Terminals 1 and 2.

Departure Procedure

On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our 20-minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park.

Security

Insurance

Your vehicle is covered for damage and theft whilst in storage. You are not covered for any mechanical/electrical failure or any contents left within your vehicle.

Maximum car size - No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Trailer and car - No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Check in Time

We recommend that you allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for check-in and transfer to the airport. Customers are delivered to, and picked up from the transport interchange loacted between Terminals 1 and 2. You are able to again easy access to the terminals using the high level covered walkways. The interchange is ideal for those customers using terminals 1 and 2. Customers using terminal 3 have a longer walk to the terminal, this is fine for those with limited luggage. Those with more luggage should consider one of our alternative car parks which drop off directly outside terminal 3.
