Arrival Procedure

Park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the transfer bus to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Departure Procedure

On return, simply wait where you were dropped off on arrival and the bus service will transfer you back to the car park. The transfer bus operates every twenty minutes. Should you wish to have your car returned to you at the terminal on your return from holiday - you can pay a supplement on arrival at the car park.

Notes

Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car.  Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. SPECIAL OFFER: On arrival at Airparks you will be offered a superb new service. You can have your car delivered back to the airport terminal on your return from Holiday, speeding you on your way home. The service is subject to availability and the fee is payable direct to the car park on arrival. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
