Arrival Procedure

On arrival at London City airport follow the signs for the Valet Parking Zone which is located adjacent to the terminal. Have your flight details ready for the parking assistant who will park your vehicle in the short stay car park. Please note that the parking company will retain possession of your car keys until your return to London City airport.

Departure Procedure

On return into London City airport, go to the Information desk (located just inside the terminal building doors) and present your confirmation. Your vehicle will be collected and retruned to you at the designated valet parking area.

Please note that this service is only available from Mondays to Fridays.

Security

The compound, of which your vehicle is stored, is located within the airport grounds and has high perimeter fencing, CCTV and twenty-four hour surveillance.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
