Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival at the car park, please follow these instructions: Press the button at the entry barrier and take a paper ticket. Park your car in bays 8 - 19, which are located on your right after you pass through the barriers (just past the payment kiosk).

Departure Procedure

Before you collect your vehicle, proceed to the payment kiosk and quote your reference number. The attendant will then allow you to exit the car park.

Insurance

The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available on request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Westminster City Council car parks are trialling easyJet style ‘yield managed pricing’ at their Queensway car park. Instead of fixed tariff bands for parking, the parking tariff will change in real-time depending on car park occupancy at time of entry. This may mean that your booking may be less or more expensive than the casual tariff at time of entry (depending on car park occupancy) but by booking with BCP/Holiday Extras you will be guaranteed a space. Twenty-four hour segments start from the time you enter the car park and not from the time stated on your confirmation. Any stays over the twenty-four hour segments that have been pre-booked will be charged for locally when you return to the car park. Please note that it is not possible to re-use the same reference number after exiting the car park, so you may not exit and re-enter during the period of the booking. Prebooking cannot be used in conjunction with Westminster City Council car park`s promotional offers including Westminster City Council car park`s Theatreland scheme. Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.
