Arrival Procedure
On entering the car park please push the button at the barrier, take a ticket and proceed to park your car in an available space.
Departure Procedure
On exit show your ticket and booking confirmation to the manned pay station and they will validate your ticket and allow access from car park.
Security
The car park has achieved Park Mark status for safer parking.
Insurance
The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available on request.
Notes
The exit at Marble Arch which leads into Hyde Park is open 06:30 to 23:30 hours only, but the car park can always be entered and left via the Park Lane exit. The entrance at Park Lane is open 24 hours. Twenty-four hour segments start from the time you enter the car park and not from the time stated on your confirmation. Any stays over the twenty-four hour segments that have been pre-booked will be charged for locally when you return to the car park. Please note that it is not possible to re-use the same reference number after exiting the car park, so you may not exit and re-enter during the period of the booking. This car park can be entered and exited without entering the congestion charge zone. Please check Transport for London`s congestion charge website (www.cclondon.com) for details. Prebooking cannot be used in conjunction with Westminster City Council car park`s promotional offers including Westminster City Council car park`s Theatreland scheme.
