Arrival Procedure

On entering the car park please push the HELP/INTERCOM button on the barrier, DO NOT press the button for a ticket. When an operator answers tell them you have pre-booked, give them your reference number and the barrier will be lifted remotely.

Departure Procedure

Upon exiting the car park, repeat the process to be allowed to exit.

Security

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available on request.

Notes

Twenty-four hour segments start from the time you enter the car park and not from the time stated on your confirmation. Any stays over the twenty-four hour segments that have been pre-booked will be charged for locally when you return to the car park. Please note that it is not possible to re-use the same reference number after exiting the car park, so you may not exit and re-enter during the period of the booking. This car park is located within the congestion zone. Please refer to www.cclondon.com for more details on charges and how to pay the congestion charge.
