Arrival Procedure

At the car park entrance take a ticket and proceed to park your car where directed. Please note that you may need to leave your keys with the car park.

Departure Procedure

On your return please take your confirmation to the attendant who will allow exit from the car park.

Security

There is CCTV on the entry and exit barriers and is manned twenty-four hours a day.

Insurance

The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available on request.

Notes

Twenty-four hour segments start from the time you enter the car park and not from the time stated on your confirmation. Any stays over the twenty-four hour segments that have been pre-booked will be charged for locally when you return to the car park. Please note that it is not possible to re-use the same reference number after exiting the car park, so you may not exit and re-enter during the period of the booking. Prebooking cannot be used in conjunction with Westminster City Council car park`s promotional offers including Westminster City Council car park`s Theatreland scheme. Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 Certification

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
