Arrival Procedure

On arrival, park outside reception and check-in, hand in your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and car keys. Whilst you are transferred to the terminal, your car will be parked for you.

Departure Procedure

On return, call Airport Garage Services usimg the number given to you at check-in for your transfer back to the car park. Your car will be waiting in the reception area on your return.

Security

Airport Garage Services is fully fenced and lit, with CCTV and guard dogs.

Insurance

Free cover for damage resulting from any act or ommission on the part of its servants/agents.

Notes

Minibuses, Trailers, Motorhomes and Commercial Vehciles are NOT accepted from April to end of October. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. The car park will be called 'Car Watch' from the 1st November 2007.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 Certification

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
