From junction 4 of the M4: Follow signs to terminal 5. Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road and follow the road as it becomes the Western Perimeter Road. Follow signs for departures, go up the ramp onto the departures forecourt and follow signs for Valet Parking. Follow the road to the end, where you will see 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park in one of these and make your way to reception, which is in the middle of the concourse. From junction 14 of the M25: Follow signs for terminal 5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. Follow signs for departures, go up the ramp onto the departures forecourt and follow signs for Valet Parking. Follow the road to the end, where you will see 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park in one of these and make your way to reception, which is in the middle of the concourse.
