They returned my car two weeks ago with a distroyed roof box and still have not returned calls/e-mails about being compensated

Minus 5 degrees dark and 7.20am at terminal 3 and despite our calls to unanswered numbers and their promise to call us half an hour before meeting us, none of this happened. Lightly dressed (we were going to South East Asia)20 minutes racing around in the cold frantically searching for our Drivefly contact before we caught the attention of a Police Officer.Unless we moved we would be towed away! Successful and efficient "meet and greets" all around us made it harder to bear. We drove the car to the long term car park and made the check in for our flight.We got a belated call from Drivefly and silence in answer to our questions about what had happened. Ofcourse there was no apology. On our return we applied a huge amount of pressure to get our payment to Drivefly refunded but we are still £180 out of pocket. We remember the holiday that had such a traumatic start and an expensive end.

Used for first time after reading other reviews. Could not fault their service. Pick ups / drop offs prompt. Staff courteous and none of the problems sometimes experienced with some of the larger companies.
Would not hessitate to recommend or use their services again

We were travelling with a 5 month old baby so a reliable and trustworthy system on arrival and departure was essential. DriveFly coped with our very delayed return flight and further delay to replace our broken luggage caused by the airline with patience and understanding and were waiting ready for us as we emerged. Car (which was brand new) was undamaged in any way. It was raining and car was rather muddy which may have been due to where it had been parked but it easily washed off. Price was very competetive. I had been anxious about the security as this company does not have the Park Mark but my fears were unfounded. Wholehearted recommendation.
