Information

Arrival Procedure

On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the signposted area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer.

Departure Procedure

To transfer to the car park go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick up point at each Terminal to catch the Parking Express bus, for terminal 3 passengers, you should go to bus stop 17. On returning to your car, drive to Customer Services and Park. Hand over your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and entry ticket in exchange for an exit ticket.

Security

Holders of the Secured Car Parks Award. The site is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, CCTV and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles.

Insurance

Parking is at owners own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of Parking Express.

Notes

Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Parking Express is located on the Heathrow Perimeter Road and provides fast and efficient transfers to and from the terminals. It is the official long term parking for Heathrow Airport. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Disabled Facilities

Yes, low floor buses with wheelchair spaces. There is also a BAA help bus available if requested in advance.

Check in Time

We recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check-in time to allow time to park and be transferred to the airport.
