Information

Arrival Procedure

Our reception is located on Arrivals floor. Follow signs for Valet Parking for lower level, 3rd lane from the terminal building. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1636.

Departure Procedure

After clearing customs, call 0207 510 1636 . Exit the Arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and our reception is at the end on the right hand side.

Insurance

The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Notes

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer`s specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of 00:00 and 05:00.
