Arrival Procedure

Follow signs to Terminal 2 Departures, take the right hand lane to the end, our Valet Reception is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07785 720 161.

Departure Procedure

Clear customs then call 07785 720 161. Exit the terminal, turn left to the end of the concourse to our Valet Parking Reception.

The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Notes

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer`s specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of midnight and 05.00

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
