Arrival Procedure

Please follow the below terminal specific procedures: Terminal 1 - Proceed to the Drive-To Reception, located at the bottom left hand corner of the Departures forecourt. Park and register at the Drive-To Reception. Terminal 2 - The Drive-To Reception is at the far end of the Departures forecourt, accessed via the outside lane. Park and register. 10 mins before your arrival please call 07956 471302 or 08704 11 11 18. Terminal 3 - Drive to the Drive-To Reception at the end of the outside (Drop Off) lane on the Departures forecourt. Park and register. 10 mins before your arrival please call 07956 471302 or 08704 11 11 18. Terminal 4 - Drive to the Drive-To Reception on the Departures (upper) forecourt. Keep in the outside (3rd) lane and, and turn right towards our barrier into the 4th lane. Register via intercom. 10 mins before your arrival please call 07956 471302 or 08704 11 11 18.

Departure Procedure

On your return please call 07956 471302 from the baggage hall. You will be instructed to proceed to the Drive-To Reception on the departures forecourt.

Security

The Business Parking car park holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Insurance

The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Notes

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks Terms and Conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note there are limited Christmas working hours at Heathrow Official Valet Parking: 24th December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18.00; 25th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 06.00 + Last outbound and/or inbound at 12.00; 26th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 07.00; 31st December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18:00; 01 January 08 - First outbound and/or inbound at 08:00

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
