Please call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation ten minutes before your arrival and drive to the Departure level where our driver will meet you.

Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

Please call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation ten minutes before your arrival at Heathrow, follow signs to Heathrow Terminal 5 and drive to the Departure level where the driver will meet you.

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
