Arrival Procedure

On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the signposted area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer.

Departure Procedure

For departure procedures please enquire with car park staff upon your return.

Security

Holders of the Secured Car Parks Award. The site is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, CCTV and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

Parking is at owners own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of Parking Express.

Notes

Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Parking Express is located on the Heathrow Perimeter Road and provides fast and efficient transfers to and from the terminals. It is the official long term parking for Heathrow Airport. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Transfers operate 24 hours a day to Terminals 1, 2, 3 & 4 every 10 minutes, taking approximately 15 minutes between 04.45 and 23.45. An on request service operates outside these hours.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
