Arrival Procedure
Proceed up the ramp onto the departure level forecourt and stay in the far right-hand lane, follow this to the end where there are 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park here and proceed into the reception office in the centre of the concourse where you will booked in and a damage check of your car will be undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 020 8976 9613 or 07760 619 229. Failure to park within the 10 Valet Parking bays may result in a parking fine or the car being towed away by the Metropolitan Police and a charge levied against the owner.
Departure Procedure
Once you have cleared Customs please call 020 8976 9614. Your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.
Security
The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Notes
There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer`s specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
