Arrival Procedure

Park in one of the bays by reception and make your way to reception to check in. Your car will be checked for damage. Then you can just walk to departures. You don`t need to call before you arrive, but if you need the number, it`s 020 8976 9611 or 07760 619223.

Departure Procedure

Clear customs call 020 8976 9611. Follow signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops.

Security

The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Insurance

Comprehensively insured drivers.

Notes

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer`s specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
