Arrival Procedure

Proceed up the departure ramp and stay in the left hand lane, the Valet Parking office is located at the end of this slip-road on the left with a 30 bay parking area. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check of your vehicle will take place. The departure area is a two minute walk. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 020 8976 9610 or 07760 619 223.

Departure Procedure

Go up to departures, exit the building, down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

Security

The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Insurance

Comprehensively insured drivers.

Notes

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer`s specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
