Arrival Procedure

The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Departure Procedure

For tickets with the Booking Reference printed insert the ticket at the barrier. If no Booking Reference is shown please go to the Customer Service window and present the ticket quoting your reference.

Security

Business Parking Heathrow is protected by 24-hour CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day and patrolled regularly. It has a perimeter fence, lighting at night and entry and exit barriers. The car park holds the AA/Police Gold Award, the highest security award a car park can hold, and the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.

Insurance

Parking is at the owner`s own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

Notes

You cannot change or cancel your booking once it is made. This car park is the Business Parking car park for terminal 4. The bays are wider than standard parking bays. Please note that transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 are on request. If you need a transfer between these times, please call the car park direct to arrange this. Parking charges are calculated in blocks of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park`s standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund. You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you`re going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don`t have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.

Disabled Facilities

There are disabled parking bays next to the customer services office. However, the transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, you`ll need to let the car park know in advance so they can arrange transport for you.

Check in Time

We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 20 minutes before your check-in time at the airport.
