Arrival Procedure

N.B. If you arrive between 11pm and 5am there will be a surcharge of �10 payable to the driver. One of the Star team will collect your car from the designated terminal, at the specified meeting time, and drive it to their 24hr secure parking site, which is situated within a 3 mile radius of Heathrow Central. At T5, you will be met at T5 departures on the outside lane, at the very far end. Customers should wait in the layby signed - valet parking. The arrangement is the same on return. The departure times given are the times the chauffeur have scheduled for you, if you arrive at any other times a meet cannot be guaranteed. (please phone to advise of any delays)

Departure Procedure

Once you have landed back into Heathrow Airport, and collected your luggage, call Star Meet & Greet on the phone number provided, and they will have your car delivered within 10 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 15 minutes for T4.

Security

Cars are stored at a secured car park which is fully fenced, floodlit, and has security CCTV cameras, microwave detection system and 24 hour patrols, with an onsite security office, so you can feel at ease knowing your car is safe.

Insurance

Cars in our control are road risk comprehensively insured and subject to the car parks terms and conditions.

Notes

We recomend that you do not arrive at Heathrow before 4am as the terminals are not open at this time. It is essential you arrive at the terminal as near as possible to your meet time to avoid any delays.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
