Arrival Procedure

On arrival follow signs for check in and proceed through car scanner area. You will be directed to arrivals area by a Q-Park Hosts. Please take your belongings out of your car and go to reception facility to check in and handover your keys in return for a vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed before moving vehicle to main compound. A courtesy bus will take you and your passengers to the terminals. Please note the recommended Airline check in times is normally 2-3 hours prior to departure. On return after clearing customs call the number on your confirmation2. Give your name and voucher number. you willl be advised of the bus stop number and its location to return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back to you on production of your vehicle return voucher. Your car will be waiting for you in the returns area. (In some circumstances it is possible that if this bath road car park becomes fully booked your car may be moved to the secured Purple Parking site (Brent Road) and then returned to the airport for your return).

Departure Procedure

You will be met with your car at the airport. Full return instructions will be issued on arrival at the car park.

Security

This car park has CCTV, security fencing, 24-hour security guards, spike-strips on entrance and controlled exit. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.
