Arrival Procedure

**ENTRY PROCEDURE** The following instructions are very important so please take the time to familiarise yourself with them before you travel. Upon arrival at Business parking (Park & Fly), please don’t take a ticket. At the entry barrier simply insert the credit or debit card used to make your booking. Your card will be recognised and the barrier will raise to let you in. If your card is not recognized, please do not insert a different card, simply take a ticket. On your return see departure procedure below.

Departure Procedure

On your return proceed to Bus Stop 6 and await transfer bus back to car park. On your return, use the same credit or debit card at the exit barrier to get out of the car park. Please be aware that the usage of a different credit or debit card will result in a double charge. If you took a ticket on arrival simply present your ticket along with your reference number at the reception located at the car park exit

Security

The car park has barrier control, CCTV and holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security.

Insurance

Parking is at owner's own risk and is subject to the terms nd conditions of the car park

Notes

Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
