Arrival Procedure

The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Departure Procedure

For tickets with the Booking Reference printed insert the ticket at the barrier. If no Booking Reference is shown please go to the Customer Service window and present the ticket quoting your reference.

Security

Business Parking Heathrow is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, lighting, CCTV and frequent security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

Parking is at owner`s own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

Notes

Terminals 4 and 5 bookings are not available at this car park. Due to size/security reasons, panel sided vans and minibuses are not accepted by law. Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 are on request. If you need a transfer between these times, please call the car park direct to arrange this. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you`re going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don`t have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave. Previously operated by Meteor under the Pink Elephant® brand, this car park is now called Heathrow Business Parking and is operated by APCOA.
