Arrival Procedure
Please follow the below terminal specific procedures: Terminal 1 - Follow signs to DEPARTURES, up the ramp, keep to the left-hand lane, down the slope and left into the Valet Parking Bays, to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07956 471302. Terminal 2 - Follow signs to Terminal 2 Departures, take right hand lane to the end, our Reception is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07956 471302. Terminal 3 - Follow signs to Departures past the Short Term car park. Take 2nd lane on the right. Drive to the far end and our Reception is on the right. Park as close as possible. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07956 471302 Terminal 4 - Our reception is located on Arrivals floor. Follow signs for Meet and Great Parking for lower level, 3rd lane from the terminal building. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07974 407782. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 590693 at least 24hrs before arrival to reconfirm.
Departure Procedure
Please follow the below terminal specific procedures: Terminal 1 - Go up to DEPARTURES, exit the building, down the ramp to Reception where your car will be waiting. Terminal 2 - Clear customs then call 07956 471302. Exit terminal, turn left to end of concourse to our Reception. Terminal 3 - Clear customs call 07956 471302. Follow signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops. Terminal 4 - After clearing customs, call 07956 471302 . Exit the Arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and our reception is at the end on the right hand side.
Security
The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Notes
There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Aardvark will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer`s specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area Terms and Conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
