Arrival Procedure

Please follow the below terminal specific procedures:

Terminal 1 - Follow signs to DEPARTURES, up ramp, keep to the left-hand lane, down slope and left into the Valet Parking Bays, to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07946 471302.

Terminal 2 - Follow signs to Terminal 2 Departures, take right hand lane to the end, our Reception is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07946 471302.

Terminal 3 - Follow signs to Departures past the Short Term car park. Take 2nd lane on the right. Drive to the far end and our Reception is on the right. Park as close as possible. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 07946 471302.

Terminal 4 - Our reception is located on Arrivals floor. Follow signs for Valet Parking for lower level, 3rd lane from the terminal building. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 007974 407782

Departure Procedure

Please follow the below terminal specific procedures:

Terminal 1 - Go up to DEPARTURES, exit the building, down ramp to Reception where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 2 - Clear customs then call 07946 471302. Exit terminal, turn left to end of concourse to our Reception.

Terminal 3 - Clear customs call 07946 471302. Follow signs through the arrivals exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the Taxi lane.

Terminal 4 - After clearing customs, call 07974 407782 . Exit the Arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and our reception is at the end on the right hand side.

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Aardvark will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area Terms and Conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note there are limited Christmas working hours at Aarvark: 24th December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18.00; 25th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 06.00 + Last outbound and/or inbound at 12.00; 26th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 07.00 31st December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18:00; 01 January 08 - First outbound and/or inbound at 08:00

Aardvark meet you at the Terminal. Cars are stored in a Park Mark awarded car park close to the airport.

You are met outside the terminal. Aardvark will direct you to where to meet the drivers when you are 10 mintues away from the airport on the number provided.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 Certification

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.

AA/Police Gold Award for Security

The AA/Police Gold Award for security, the highest accolade that can be awarded to a car park in the UK.
