Arrival Procedure

Quote Holiday Extras reference on arrival, hand your car keys in at reception and your car is parked for you. Take courtesy transfer to the Airport to check in. We advise that you arrive at the car park at least 15 minutes prior to to the check-in time at the Airport.

Departure Procedure

Take courtesy transfer back to the car park, collect car and leave via exit barrier.

Security

CCTV, Floodlighting and 24 hour surveillence.

Insurance

Watsons Ayr park Insurance gives cover with the exception of loose items or electrical or mechanical faults. Loss or damage to any property left in the vehicle howsoever caused. HX advise clients to check their car before leaving car park as no claim can be made once vehicles have left the premises.

Notes

If you will be arriving in a Van or Minibus, you must book direct with the car park.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 Certification

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
