Arrival Procedure

Take a ticket from the barrier and park your car.

Departure Procedure

On return, present your printed confirmation and car parking ticket to the car park Information Desk located in the Arrivals Hall. You can pick up you passengers and luggage after you have collected your car.

Security

24hr CCTV coverage, immediate response, 24 hours a day. Intercom points located at entry and exit barrier. Car parks are unmanned as we operate a continual 24 hour patroll of all car parks. Secure fencing and floodlighting
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

Parking is at vehicle owner's own risk and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Airport Authority.

Notes

The car park is within walking distance. Please use station walkover to access terminal building.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
