Arrival Procedure

On arrival to the car park press the help button. Give the operator your valid booking reference number and the barrier will be raised for entry, park your car and proceed to the bus collection point for a transfer to the airport. These buses now drop off in the public bus stops located on the A79.

Departure Procedure

The pick up point for customers returning to car park 7 is the SAME as the drop off point. To exit the car park press the help button. Give the operator your valid booking reference number and the barrier will be raised for exit.

Security

24hr CCTV coverage. Help points located at remote car parks, immediate response, 24 hours a day. Intercom points located at all entry and exit barriers, immediate response, 24 hours a day . Car parks are unmanned as we operate a continual 24 hour patrol of all car parks. Secure fencing and floodlighting. Passenger waiting areas.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

Parking is at vehicle owner's own risk and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Airport Authority.

Notes

Minimum 3 day stay/charge applies. To make your journey easier, why not drop off your passengers and luggage at the passenger waiting areas at the entrance to the car park. You may drop off disabled passengers at the terminal building before proceeding to your car park, however, our buses are equipped to accommodate disabled passengers. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
