On arrival at Glasgow Airport I phoned Parksafe to advise them we were collecting our luggage. We were told to make our way to the pick up point which we did. Unfortunately it took 35 minutes of standing waiting and further phone calls before the mini-bus arrived to collect us, even then, once on the bus we were told they were waiting on other people arriving as there were two seats left on the bus so we hung around for another 10 minutes for people who didn't show up. The only people left standing waiting were Parksafe clients, everyone else that had booked with other companies had buses waiting to collect them. We will not use Parksafe again.

My dad parked his car here last August for our hols. We were checking in at 7am and ended up being late as we were waiting 40 mins in the queue just to get in! One man on and 5 mins per car as you checked in sitting in your car at a booth at the entrance to the place. Once you got in you had to find the space yourself and park the car up before walking over to get the minibus to the airport. There was only 2 minibuses on so we had a wait for the bus coming back to get us and then another wait for the bus to be filled before leaving. As it was 5 minutes per car the wait was quite long - hence the reason we were late. Any other secure car parks I have used in the past, you drive right in, hand in your keys and leave the car at the entrance and they do the rest - NOT HERE! DIY parking and keep your own keys. Very time consuming which was all I am complaining about. I don't mind the no frills part but they could be faster by having more manpower on site.

I am the worlds worst person with directions, but parksafe was so easy to find

Very good service car warmed up and ready to go when we returned after a speedy pickup at the airport.
