Information

Arrival Procedure

Park at Reception and check you vehicle in and hand in your keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you are being transferred to the airport

Departure Procedure

On Return call #6107 from the freephone located within the baggage reclaim area BEFORE clearing customs. A transfer will be arranged to collect you from the airport, and your vehicle will be parked in the departures area on your return to the parking compound.

Security

The compound is monitored twenty-foour hours a day with CCTV, high perimeter security fencing and floodlit parking area. Also possesses the Park Mark award for security.

Insurance

Your vehicle will be insured whilst in storage within the parking compound. Note that any loose items in your car will not be covered for instances of loss or damage.

Notes

You will be required to leave your keys with reception as they will park your car whilst they transfer you to the airport.

Disabled Facilities

The transfer buses are accessible for wheelchair users (please note that there are no fixing devices within the transfer bus).

We recommend that you arrive approximately 30 to 40 minutes before your airport check-in time.
