Summer Special

Overview

Summer Special is an on-airport car park situated close to the North Terminal, though it only offers transfers to the South Terminal.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Information

Arrival Procedure

On arrival park in the reception area. Check-in handing in your email confirmation (or quote your reference) and your keys. Your car is parked for you whilst you are transferred to the airport.

Departure Procedure

On return, transfer buses will now pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the UPPER forecourt. On arrival at the car park your car will be ready for you to pick up from the returns area.

Security

Holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers, protected by security fencing, floodlights, remote cameras and regular patrols by staff and Sussex Police.

Insurance

Car Park indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on part of its servants/agent

Notes

This car park is located at the North Terminal but ONLY transfers to the South Terminal. If you are travelling from the North Terminal please book Flightpath, APH, Courtlands or Holiday Parking. Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Car park can not except Minibuses or Vans max size 7ft width. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
