We used your service this weekend and it was appalling. On Friday morning we had to wait for 25 minutes for our car to be picked up and yesterday night/today early morning we had to wait over an hour. This is meant to be a greet and meet service so there should be no waiting time. On top of that when we called to find out we were told the car was on it's way and still after 20 minutes it did not come so we called again. This time round we were told that our car was 'lost' and they were still looking for it. This was completely unacceptable, nobody had the courtesy to call us to inform us and we were just waiting outside in the cold and rain. In the time we waited outside the APH bus had been round 3 times so we might as well have used that type of facility.

We always use APH because of the high standard of customer care, and knowledge that our car is safely parked for the duration of our holiday.

I was extremely impressed with the overall experience. APH had been recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely use them again.

All your staff were very polite and helpful, we were very impressed with the whole package and have already recommended you to family members
