Arrival Procedure
On arrival the barrier will open automatically. Customers must then proceed to the reception where they will be asked to present their Holiday Extras booking confirmation. They will then hand in their car keys and be given a receipt. Your vehicle will be parked by valet staff leaving you free to board the courtesy coach to the terminal.
Departure Procedure
On return, transfer buses will now pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the UPPER forecourt. At the car park, go to reception with the receipt issued on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close by ready for you to exit the car park.
Security
Car park is manned 24 hours a day, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. There is also comprehensive CCTV in place for added security.
Insurance
The car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part and reported prior to leaving the site.
Notes
Trailers are not permitted in this car park. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. (Formerly Park Plus)
