Arrival Procedure
Please follow signs for Short Stay Parking the Valet Parking reception point on the third floor of the North Terminal Short Stay car park. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 502349 at least 24 hours before arrival to reconfirm. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.
Departure Procedure
On arrival, please telephone a member of the valet staff from the arrivals hall. Your car will be waiting for you at the pick up point, where you left your vehicle on arrival.
Security
Your chauffeur will park your vehicle in a secured compound for the duration of your trip. The car park is protected by security fencing, floodlights, cameras and regular patrols by staff.
Insurance
The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Hours of operation: 24 hours. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival. This car park has a height restriction for vehicles over 1.8m (6ft 0in) and a width restriction of 2.4m (7ft 10in).
