Arrival Procedure

Please ring 0870 242 0134 ten minutes from the airport to confirm your arrival time. Failure to call will result in delays. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 590693 at least 24hrs before arrival to reconfirm.

Departure Procedure

The car is waiting at the terminal for you on your return.

Security

Cars are stored at one of the secured airport car parks which are holders of the Secured Car Parks Award initiated by the Chief of Police.

Insurance

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car parks` terms and conditions.

Notes

Meteor Meet and Greet do not charge for out of hour supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Meteor Meet and Greet will confirm these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer`s specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks Terms and Conditions. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
