Arrival Procedure

You should call Maple Manor on 07801 142165 or 01293 776447 when you`re about 10 to 15 minutes from the terminal (which will normally be when you`re on the M23). Equally, if you`re running more than 15 minutes early or late, you should let Maple Manor know and keep them up to date. Your chauffeur will meet you at the terminal. They will be wearing a uniform. They will help you unload your luggage and check your car for damage. You`ll then need to give your chauffeur your car keys - so make sure you`ve not left them on a keyring with any other keys - and they will take your car to Maple Manor`s secured car park while you head to check-in. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

Departure Procedure

Once you`ve collected your luggage, call 07801 142165 or 01293 776447. Make your way to arrivals once you`ve gone through Customs. Your car will be brought to the same place where you dropped it off.

Security

Rest assured that your vehicle`s security is our priority. Maple Manor`s secure compounds are all fully fenced and either manned 24 hours a day, or manned by day (whilst in use). Maple Manor has a dedicated security patrol which checks all of our compounds regularly by night.

Insurance

Parking is always at the vehicle owner`s own risk and subject to Maple Manor`s Terms & Conditions of storage. Maple Manor use experienced drivers who are fully insured to drive your vehicle on the public highway. All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any claims for loss or damage must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor.

Notes

Your car will be washed, rinsed and dried by hand, the inside will be vacuumed, the wheels will be washed and the dashboard, vinyl and leather will be wiped clean. The valet does not include the inside of the boot, however. When you book, you`ll be asked what time you`d like your chauffeur to meet you. If you`d like to change the time, please call Maple Manor on 01293 652299 at least 48 hours before you`re due to travel. If you need any extra days` parking, the car park will charge you £7.50 per day or part day. If you don`t use all your parking, unfortunately we can`t give you a refund for the unused days. Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don`t leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage. It is your responsibility to make sure your car is roadworthy and has a valid MOT certificate and tax disc. If your car isn`t legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won`t be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won`t be able to get a refund. If you come back from holiday early, please let Maple Manor know at least 24 hours beforehand.

Disabled Facilities

Maple Manor welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately trained drivers.
