Arrival Procedure
Park at the arrivals area. Leave your car keys at the reception along with your confirmation e-mail voucher (if you do not have your voucher you can quote your booking reference) and check in. You will receive a plastic card, showing the number to call when you return for a transfer service back to the car park.
Departure Procedure
On arrival at the airport, follow signs for "Courtesy coaches". Coaches are located at the "Off Airport Car Parks" bus stop outside the terminal on the lower forecourt. For assistance, dial 64291 on the courtesy phone located next to the bus stop.
Security
Holiday Parking is a accreditied by the Association of Chief Police as Gold Standard Secured. The car park is protected by security fencing, floodlights, cameras and regular patrols by staff.
Insurance
Holiday parking indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its servants or agents.
Notes
Holiday Parking is open 24 hours a day, from 1st March - 31st October. Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of you arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
