Arrival Procedure

10 minutes before arriving at the terminal please call the Operations number 08702420134 to let them know you are approaching Gatwick. On entering the terminal keep in the left hand lane and continue up to Departures level. Pull into the kerb where you will be met by one of our uniformed representatives. If necessary, you can use one of the pay phones situated on the departure level to contact the representative. Emergency number 07899894616. Full instructions of the arrival procedure will be on the written confirmation.

On return call the number given on arrival for delivery of your vehicle.
