Arrival Procedure
Park in the arrivals area. Check-in at reception, hand-in your confirmation email (or quote your booking reference) along with your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.
Departure Procedure
Call Courtlands on the number given to you at check-in, for your transfer back to the car park. Transfer buses will now pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the UPPER forecourt. Go to reception and hand in voucher given to you on arrival to exchange for car keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.
Security
Holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers, protected by security fencing, floodlights, remote cameras and regular patrols by staff.
Insurance
Offers free cover for damage resulting from any act or omission on part of its servants or agents.
Notes
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
