The shuttle bus that was advertised stated that it ran every quarter of an hour. In reality it came in half an hour which was rather frustrating. We approached this subject with one of the staff who did not take it seriously leaving us rather unimpressed overall with the service we got.

The price was excellent and the service good, the only minor quibble we have is that the car park was rather difficult to find. Overall we would use again though.
