Arrival Procedure
Please call ACE meet and Greet parking on 07818 062875 or 07795 566133 20 minutes before arrival at your terminal destination to reconfirm your arrival time in case you are arriving earlier or later than booked. You will be met by an ACE representative at Gatwick North or South terminal. Staff wearing pink shirts will check your car, collect your email booking confirmation and take the keys, leaving you free to continue into the check in area of the terminal building. Your vehicle will be driven to a secure compound and stored until your return.
Departure Procedure
On entering baggage re-claim please call 07818-062875 or 07795-566133 which will enable ACE meet and greet to return your car to you when you arrive at the pick up point.

Notes
Once you have booked please call ACE Meet and Greet Parking on 0871 900 2175 24 hours after the booking has been made, to confirm details, and provide ACE with flight details and mobile numbers. IMPORTANT please call between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and between 11am and 1pm Saturday, closed on Sundays. Please note that the car park does not accept arrivals or departures on 25,26,31 December & 1st January . Please also note that you booking cannot be amended within 2 days of your arrival.
