Powderham Castle

Powderham Castle is located in a beautiful park on the river banks of the Exe and only a short distance from Exeter city centre. The castle has been open to the public since 1959 and more than a million people have visited during this time. The Courtenay family still live in the castle in their own private quarters, and in addition to their beautiful home visitors are permitted to walk in the castle gardens which are both large and beautiful. This is a relaxing and historically significant day out only a short distance from Exeter Airport.

Babbacombe Model Village

Located in a beautiful countryside area is the fantastic Babbacombe Model Village. In addition to the large and highly detailed village there is also the new 4D theatre experience which is one of Torquay's newest attractions showing films such as 'The Haunted House'. There are many exciting and fascinating shows as well as the main model village attraction. This is an excellent day out for adults and children alike, unmissable!
