Arrival Procedure

When you are approximately 20 minutes from the terminal, please call Fly parks on 07912 944 527 to re-confirm your arrival time. Drive to the airport, you will be met at the short stay car park just 20 metres from the terminal entrance. Please pass the ticket issued at the entrance to the car park back to the `Fly Parks` driver as he will need this to exit with your vehicle. Your car will then be taken to a secured compound close to the airport. If you are going to be any later or earlier than the time you have booked for please call on 07912944527 to rearrange. If you can’t get through on the above number please call 01392 363303. In all instances it is imperative that you contact us 20 minutes before arrival in order to avoid delays.

Departure Procedure

On your return once you have cleared customs, call 07912 944 527 to let the drivers know you are ready and your car is returned to you at the short stay car park for immediate departure.

Security

Security Fencing, CCTV, manned 24 hours a day.

Insurance

All cars parked or stored with Fly Parks Ltd will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Fly Parks. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Fly Park`s specialist road risk insurance. Fly Parks accept no liability for non-starting vehicles in the event that the vehicle exhausts its fuel supply, Fly Park will supply 4.55 litres of the correct type and grade of fuel at a charge of 10.00 pounds. Fly Park`s accept no liability for mechanical failure of the vehicle.

Notes

Car Park is closed December 25th. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MEET & GREET SERVICE. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
