Arrival Procedure

Park in one of the arrivals bays and report to reception. You`ll need to show the receptionist your booking confirmation or give your booking reference. You`ll also be asked to leave your car keys with reception - a member of staff will park your car for you, so you can board the transfer bus to the terminal straightaway.

Departure Procedure

Once you have cleared Customs, just call Park and Fly - they will give you their phone number when you check into the car park. The transfer bus will pick you up and take you back to the car park, where your car will be ready for you to collect.

Security

Edinburgh Park and Fly is fully secured. The car park is patrolled 24 hours a day by security staff and protected by CCTV, a fence and lighting.

Insurance

The car park has fully comprehensive insurance covering all cars which are parked there. This does not cover loose items or mechanical or electrical failure.

Notes

We recommend that you give yourself 40 minutes to check into the car park and transfer to the airport. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can`t give you a refund.
